• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 24 hours. Our confirmation team will contact you via phone call or WhatsApp to verify your delivery details before dispatch.
• Delivery Timeframes: Deliveries within Nairobi take approximately 1-2 business days. Deliveries to other regions across Kenya take between 2-5 business days.
• Payment Method (COD): We operate on a strict Cash on Delivery (COD) model. You only pay when you receive the product. Payments can be made in Cash or via M-Pesa directly to our delivery agents upon receiving your package.

2. Return & Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority at Zippake.shop. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

• Eligibility for Returns: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
• Process: Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
• Refunds & Exchanges: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you. If approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund. For COD orders, refunds are processed securely via M-Pesa to the phone number used during checkout.
